This new affordable housing project is focused on providing affordability for the “missing middle” households in the region, typically defined as earning between 80% and 120% of area median income (AMI). The property will provide 63 rental apartment homes in three- and four-story buildings with a mix of studios, on-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
